Fourth Trimester Selfcare
A six-week course to help support you through your fourth trimester (weeks 0-6 postpartum), through breathwork, gentle movements, meditation and affirmations.
There is 1 20-minute video for each week, which you can engage with once, or multiple times throughout your week. This is designed for the first 6 weeks, but can be used at any point in your postpartum period.
