I'm OBSESSED with helping my clients feel better in their bodies, especially during the prenatal and postnatal era. My belief is that folks do not need to suffer unnecessarily during the perinatal period and through MOVEMENT, MASSAGE and MINDSET, you can be empowered to feel better now.
All my in-person services are mobile, meaning I come to your home!

I had an at home massage from Anna when I was six days post partum and it saved me. I had incredibly challenging new body pains from holding my body in weird ways while learning to breastfeed plus all the sensations and pain that come in the days following childbirth. I was also reeling psychologically in this vulnerable time and Anna was right there with me.
I’ve been doing some prenatal yoga with Anna in preparation for my VBAC for a few weeks now and her knowledge and expertise is unparalleled! The exercises we’ve done have helped tremendously with the lower back pain I’ve been experiencing and her focus on pelvic mobility exercises have made me feel way more confident, prepared and comfortable going into my birth.
I struggle with pain due to a posture issue and chronic tension from my anxiety, and getting treatments from Anna has made a huge impact on my wellbeing. She helps relieve my pain (short term and also longer term), and has given me helpful suggestions for stretches, etc to aid my recovery/healing. She’s also a very kind and calming person. Highly recommend!
