I'm OBSESSED with helping my clients feel better in their bodies, especially during the prenatal and postnatal era. My belief is that folks do not need to suffer unnecessarily during the perinatal period and through MOVEMENT, MASSAGE and MINDSET, you can be empowered to feel better now.

Prenatal Chair Yoga

  • 1 Lesson

This short class is PERFECT for you if you need to get your prenatal movement in, but don’t have the time or space to do it. A quick, full body chair class to set you right for the rest of the day. No mat needed, no workout clothes needed, just you and a chair! For the days you need to sneak it in during your lunch break, or you’re just fatigued and can’t fathom rolling out your mat, I got you!

Fourth Trimester Selfcare

  • 7 Lessons

A six-week course to help support you through your fourth trimester (weeks 0-6 postpartum), through breathwork, gentle movements, meditation and affirmations. There is 1 20-minute video for each week, which you can engage with once, or multiple times throughout your week. This is designed for the first 6 weeks, but can be used at any point in your postpartum period.

Postpartum Core Connection

  • 1 Lesson

This class is designed to be the first step after baby, when you're healed and ready to get back to exercise. Whether that step comes at 6 weeks postpartum or 6 months postpartum, this practice will help you reconnect to your core, understand core engagement after baby, and feel confident as you build back up your exercise program.

Signature Prenatal Flow

My Signature Prenatal Flow is a quick and easy 30-minute movement class that allows for a full-body stretch + strengthen, for those days you don't have a lot of time.

Prenatal Hip Mobility

  • 1 Lesson

This class is designed to unlock your hips and find more mobility in 30 minutes! Hip mobility helps keep away prenatal discomforts and pains, as well as helps the body prep for a more efficient and easeful labour and delivery.

Ready for baby? This 30-minute online class is designed for 38 weeks+ to help you: Create space in the pelvis for baby to engage Calm your mind with breathwork & grounding techniques Ease late-pregnancy discomforts Strengthen focus & trust in your body No yoga experience needed—just show up, breathe, and move!
